Impeaching Cheney

This is not a prank: Kucinich announces impeachment charges against Vice President Cheney. Woo fucking hoo! The articles of impeachment and supporting documentation can be found on Congressman Kucinich's website.

Kucinich plans a press conference for 5 PM (presumably Eastern time) today.

Update: The Washington Post has a bit of atrocious, slanted journalism on the story.

  1. Kucinich is delaying introducing his articles of impeachment until the matter of a recent blood-clot in Cheney's leg is cleared up.

    No impeachment talk today.

And I'm not so sure that magical little elves can bring motions in Congress...

  2. Cheney's not to your taste, BB, right: but his actions are not inherently wrong. That's your position. So why all the endless hyperbole? Kucinich is a whiner, if not a liar. From a certain perspective--like subjective relativism---war provides some great entertainment.

    That would be today's post
