Shut the fuck up, bitches

Shorter Badtux the Snarky Penguin: "Shut the fuck up, bitches, get back to the kitchen, and thank God at least you're not black men."

  1. There are several reasons why the whole issue is bullshit from start to finish. I made these points in my original criticism, but it seems that some people (cough Badtux) are so caught up in their cretinist-level stupidity and obtuseness that they need the point hammered home.

Badtux does not condemn Clinton, he condemns Clinton's "supporters", which include most of the feminist activists in this country.

Secondly, to the extent that feminists are complaining about sexism directed at Clinton, they are not complaining about structural or institutional sexism, they are not complaining about sexism in general, they are complaining about specific examples of sexism directly addressed to Clinton the candidate by members of the commercial media.

Let me repeat this for the benefit of the double-digit IQ crowd. The point is not that Clinton's candidacy is being held back by institutional sexism. The point is that her campaign is being specifically targeted and actively attacked in overtly sexist terms.

To the extent that there are specific examples of racism applied to Obama the candidate, not racism in general, he would have equally valid cause for complaint. But, by and large, it is not. Obama's campaign is being attacked in racist terms, but not anywhere nearly as egregiously or overtly as Clinton's is being attacked on sexist grounds. Obama can complain less in part because his candidacy has much less to complain about.

Obama himself being arrested for driving while black is inexcusable; it is not relevant, however, to his campaign or this issue: it was not a specifically targeted attack on his candidacy for President by members of the commercial media who play a crucial role in the political process.

The "my people are more oppressed than your people, therefore you have no right to complain," is a sucker's game: divide and conquer to the benefit of no one but those oppressing both.
