The Stupid! It Burns! (Catholic theocracy edition)
Yes, he's really explicitly and unequivocally calling for a "benevolent" dictatorship under a Catholic monarch. Presumably such a system would end not only the evils of contraception, homosexuality and abortion, but also the egregious injustice and outrageous persecution our fallen, secular society has cruelly visited on pedophile priests.
